AutoCAD & Estimation Management Trainee

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking a motivated Management Trainee specialized in AutoCAD and Estimation to join its Engineering and Design team. This full‑time permanent role is based at PIA Housing Society in Lahore and is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings, layouts, line diagrams and schematics using AutoCAD.
• Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) aligned with project specifications.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and financial quotations for client proposals.
• Conduct site visits to perform measurements, technical surveys and structural evaluations.
• Execute space mapping and layout planning to ensure efficient area utilization.
• Maintain organized technical documentation, including drawings, calculations and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and management teams to validate designs and estimates.
• Support additional engineering and drafting tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in engineering, drafting or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
