B2B Account Executive – Remote – Canada Market

About the role

The Wear is seeking motivated B2B Account Executives based in Pakistan to sell its custom apparel and printing solutions to businesses across Canada. This is a fully remote, commission‑only position focused on full‑cycle sales, from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to Canadian businesses using company‑provided lead lists.
• Prospect new opportunities within assigned industries and territories.
• Engage business owners, managers and purchasing decision‑makers to introduce The Wear’s products and services.
• Gather detailed requirements (product type, quantity, sizes, artwork, budget, deadline) and generate qualified quotation requests.
• Present quotations, handle objections, and follow up to move opportunities toward closing.
• Maintain an organized pipeline in the company CRM and keep accurate notes.
• Collaborate with quotation, design and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Achieve weekly activity targets and monthly revenue goals.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, coachable and organized.
• Ability to build trust with Canadian business owners and handle objections professionally.
• Comfortable working toward sales and revenue targets.
