B2B Appointment Setter (Outbound Tele-Sales)

About the role

A B2B Tele Sales Representative is needed to generate qualified leads by contacting businesses across the USA and Canada and pitching Virtual Assistant (VA) services. The role focuses on the early stage of the sales cycle: identifying decision-makers, overcoming gatekeepers and securing Zoom appointments for the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Work on leads targeting prospective B2B clients in the US and Canada markets.
• Pitch the company's Virtual Assistant services to business owners.
• Schedule and confirm qualified Zoom meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure appointment conversion.
• Collaborate with the closing team for smooth lead handover.

Required profile

• 3 years of experience in the BPO industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; fresh graduates with strong English communication skills, preferably from O-Level/A-Level backgrounds, are encouraged to apply.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection in outreach.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 80,000 to 150,000.
• Bonus of PKR 25,000 on the 2nd signup, 35,000 on the 3rd and 50,000 on the 4th signup.
• PKR 10,000 bonus for meeting monthly KPIs (10 valid meetings and 1 full-time signup).
