About the role
Orange Dots is looking for a full‑time B2B Appointment Setter to support its US and Canada market outreach. Based in Islamabad with a hybrid work model, you will connect with key decision‑makers, generate qualified leads and schedule appointments that drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential business prospects in the US and Canada.
- Schedule appointments with key decision‑makers and maintain an up‑to‑date calendar.
- Generate, qualify and manage leads through systematic outreach.
- Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve target metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in appointment setting and lead generation.
- Strong verbal communication and customer‑service skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Previous B2B sales or appointment‑setting experience is preferred.
