B2B Content Marketer

About the role

Phi runs outbound and revenue operations for venture-backed B2B software companies in the US and Europe, with teams embedded inside client businesses. This role owns B2B content for the company and its senior leaders, whose audience is busy founders, CEOs and heads of sales and growth at B2B tech companies. The work is mostly extracting real insights from operators and turning them into content.

Key responsibilities

• Write LinkedIn content for the company page and ghostwrite posts for senior leaders, each in their own voice
• Produce long-form content such as newsletter issues, articles and website copy that holds up for a senior B2B reader
• Run short interviews with operators and leadership and turn them into posts, stories and points of view
• Create sales support content such as case studies and one-pagers for the commercial team
• Plan the editorial calendar and track what earns attention and conversations

Required profile

• 2+ years in B2B content marketing, writing for buyers at software or tech companies
• Understanding of how B2B buying works: long cycles, several stakeholders, content that must stand up in a sales conversation
• A portfolio showing you can write for senior decision makers
• Experience ghostwriting LinkedIn content for executives or founders
• Excellent written English for a US audience, clear, specific and short
• Strong interviewing instincts
• Comfortable working US hours
