B2B Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven B2B Marketing Specialist to design and execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads, boost brand awareness, and support customer retention for our IT services portfolio. The role blends content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and vendor co‑marketing while partnering closely with sales and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar covering email campaigns, social media, blogs, and lead‑generation activities.
• Create and edit marketing assets such as website copy, case studies, service brochures, newsletters, and sales enablement materials.
• Maintain the company website, social media channels, and marketing automation platforms.
• Coordinate vendor co‑marketing initiatives and manage co‑op programs with technology partners.
• Support the sales team with collateral, proposal templates, and lead‑nurturing campaigns.
• Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities.
• Generate customer reviews, collect testimonials, and manage online reputation.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics including traffic, lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates.
• Ensure consistent branding across all communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or IT services.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
