About the role
ABS International, a direct US principal since 2009, is hiring a B2B sales agent in Karachi for a permanent, on-site position working US customers. The shift runs 7 PM to 3 AM, Monday to Saturday, and the work is live outbound calls with a live US CRM, structured targets and daily coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and customers
- Start conversations, qualify interest, handle objections and close deals
- Work on a live US CRM with structured targets and daily coaching
Required profile
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling or BPO is preferred
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Self-driven and commercially focused, owning your own pipeline
- Fully available Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, on-site at Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14
What we offer
- Fixed base salary
- PKR 3,000 monthly attendance allowance
- Unlimited commission as a direct percentage of revenue generated
