B2B Sales Executive – Hospitality Technology (HoReCa)

About the role

PayOn is looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to promote its restaurant management platform across the HoReCa sector. You will work directly with restaurants, cafés, hotels and other hospitality businesses, delivering product demos and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hospitality venues to introduce PayOn’s solution and conduct professional product demonstrations.
• Generate qualified leads through field prospecting, networking and client meetings.
• Convert prospects into long‑term customers and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support.
• Collect market insights and customer feedback to inform product development.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B software sales.
• Previous experience selling technology solutions to restaurants, cafés, hotels or other HoReCa businesses.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and comfortable with field sales.
