B2B Sales Executive

About the role

Trademor is looking for a Sales Executive to join its Blooming Trade project. The ideal candidate has strong communication and sales skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to understand customer needs and turn leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Contact prospects by call, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and conduct product/service presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales to meet assigned targets and monthly performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development or a similar role; B2B sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.
