B2B Sales Executive - Janitorial Products

About the role

Pak Supplies, a Karachi-based supplier of cleaning, janitorial and hygiene products serving factories, corporate offices, hospitals, schools and restaurants, is hiring a results-driven B2B Sales Executive. The role generates new business, acquires corporate clients and secures recurring orders for its cleaning and janitorial product range.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers such as factories, offices, hospitals, schools and commercial facilities.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, field visits, networking and direct outreach.
• Connect with procurement managers, purchase departments and facility managers.
• Arrange client meetings, present products and negotiate commercial deals.
• Convert leads into purchase orders and build long-term customer relationships.
• Generate repeat monthly orders and meet assigned sales targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and give regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in janitorial supplies, cleaning chemicals, industrial consumables or facility management products.
• Existing contacts with procurement departments or corporate buyers are a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of Karachi's industrial and commercial markets.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and client acquisition skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads and close sales.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable with field visits.
