About the role

Powerhouse Express seeks a commercially driven B2B Sales & Lead Conversion Executive to develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales journey from lead generation to revenue.

Key responsibilities

Generate and qualify B2B leads, prepare quotations and maintain structured follow‑ups.
Understand client requirements, recommend suitable solutions, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into revenue.
Develop corporate and project‑based accounts, coordinate internally for pricing, availability and order execution, and build repeat business.

Required profile

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical, lighting, solar, automation, security, industrial products, tools, MEP, construction or related sectors.
Proven track record of turning leads into long‑term customer relationships.

Required skills

Lead generation and qualification.
Quotation preparation and follow‑up management.
Negotiation and conversion of sales opportunities.
