Back Office Assistant - Logistics Operations

About the role

LW Group, a raw material trading and supply chain company active in 31 countries, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Assistant to join its operations team. The role supports daily logistics operations by keeping accurate information in Salesforce and other internal systems, and offers room to take ownership of key operational processes and grow in international logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Update transportation information in Salesforce daily.
• Enter and maintain financial information.
• Update shipment status.
• Organize cargo photos.
• Verify, upload and maintain transportation documents.
• Support the Operations team with administrative and data management tasks.
• Perform routine data quality checks and correct discrepancies.
• Follow the Team Lead's instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or currently completing) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, IT or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Up to 1 year of experience in an administrative, logistics or back-office role is an advantage.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English, strong attention to detail, good organization and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, responsible and proactive.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick learner of new software.
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage but not required.
