Backend Developer - C#/.NET (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Backend Developer with strong C#/.NET expertise to join a global software development leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to build scalable backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using C# and the .NET framework.
• Architect robust, scalable solutions that meet performance and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Maintain clean, well‑documented code following industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in C# and .NET development.
• Hands‑on experience building and integrating backend APIs.
• Solid understanding of relational database design, preferably SQL Server.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
