About the role

The Branch Manager will lead a team of seven professionals at HBL's Peshawar branch, overseeing all operational, sales, and risk‑control activities. The role focuses on achieving ambitious deposit targets while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of 7 staff members to ensure efficient branch operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet deposit goals of 900 million‑1 billion.
• Manage customer relationships, resolve inquiries promptly, and enhance client loyalty.
• Implement risk‑management procedures to identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and drive data‑based decisions.
• Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations including cash handling, account maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Lead process‑improvement projects to boost productivity and client experience.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Required profile
