About the role

Pastreez is an upcoming art café and pastry store located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The role involves preparing coffee and chilled drinks, serving customers and keeping the coffee bar tidy in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and iced coffee beverages according to Pastreez recipes and standards.
• Prepare chillers and other café drinks.
• Explain the menu to customers and recommend drinks based on their preferences.
• Provide friendly and welcoming customer service.
• Maintain consistency in drink taste, presentation, and quality.
• Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and work area clean and organized.
• Handle orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Collaborate closely with the café and kitchen teams.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in coffee and willingness to learn barista techniques.
• Positive, energetic and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good teamwork and time‑management abilities.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous café or barista experience is a plus.
