About the role
We are seeking a Health Club & Wellness Manager to join the vibrant team at Mövenpick Hotel Karachi. The role focuses on enhancing guest experiences through fitness and wellness services, fostering a positive and energetic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the health club and wellness facilities, ensuring high‑quality guest experiences.
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional service and support members’ fitness goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing a gym or fitness centre, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and guest service with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
