Behavioral Therapist – Pediatric Autism Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Behavioral Therapist to independently manage therapeutic care for pediatric clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role requires delivering structured, evidence‑based behavioral therapy while maintaining full clinical autonomy and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Perform psychological and behavioral assessments for children with ASD.
• Develop and execute customized behavior intervention plans based on diagnostic findings.
• Conduct therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methodologies.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational protocols.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Counseling, or a related mental‑health discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience providing therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong proficiency in designing and delivering behavioral therapy programs tailored for autism.
• High level of clinical judgment and self‑directed case management skills.
• Commitment to ethical, confidential, and evidence‑based clinical practices.
