Bilingual Customer Support (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated bilingual Customer Support Representative who can communicate fluently in French and English. The role involves assisting customers through phone, email and chat, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve issues, complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures.
• Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory resolution.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets for quality, productivity and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre or client support.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and active‑listening abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
