About the role
We are looking for a motivated bilingual Customer Support Representative who can communicate fluently in French and English. The role involves assisting customers through phone, email and chat, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via phone, email and live chat.
- Resolve issues, complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures.
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory resolution.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets for quality, productivity and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre or client support.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and active‑listening abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using CRM systems.
