BIM Engineer – Electrical/Mechanical (Lahore)

About the role

Switzel International is expanding its BIM team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The company is hiring full‑time, on‑site Electrical and Mechanical BIM Engineers and Modelers to develop high‑quality BIM models and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop coordinated BIM models for architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, sections, elevations, schedules and construction details.
• Review and implement client and consultant comments, support clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Collaborate with Senior Discipline Leads, BIM Coordinators and project teams to ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, ISO 19650 workflows and modelling standards.
• Contribute to model QA/QC, data consistency and continuous improvement of BIM processes, including use of Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MEP Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–5+ years of relevant BIM experience, including advanced Autodesk Revit skills.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, clash detection and construction documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans, ISO 19650 standards and Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
