Branch Operations Executive (QSR/Restaurant Night Shift)

About the role

A night-shift Branch Operations Executive is needed to oversee branch operations in the QSR/restaurant industry, ensuring food quality control, inventory precision, sales reconciliation and strict adherence to Subway operational standards. The shift runs from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• CCTV and security monitoring: watch real-time footage to oversee staff conduct, store hygiene, service speed and safety compliance.
• Food costing and portion control: enforce portioning guidelines, monitor daily food waste and run stock audits to control variance.
• Sales and delivery management: reconcile daily sales, manage cash register closes and supervise food delivery orders to avoid errors and delays.
• Shift and hygiene management: oversee shift handovers, enforce food safety and sanitation standards and supervise staff.

Required profile

• Graduate; a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred, but an intermediate can be considered with good English.
• Intermediate or professional English communication level.
• 0-2 years of experience in QSR/restaurant operations or branch supervision.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• CCTV oversight.
• Understanding of food costing principles.
