Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead Sowears’ brand transformation, shaping a distinctive, culturally relevant identity across e‑commerce, retail and all consumer touchpoints. Reporting to the CEO, COO and Board, this senior marketing leader will own the end‑to‑end brand strategy and drive growth through offline presence, premium positioning and multi‑channel marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously evolve Sowears’ brand strategy, positioning, personality, values and visual language.
• Conduct consumer, market and competitive research to translate insights into actionable brand initiatives.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice and storytelling across all channels.
• Create and execute integrated campaigns spanning social, influencer, performance marketing, retail activations, PR and partnerships.
• Own the annual brand and marketing plan, budget allocation and KPI roadmap.
• Lead a high‑performing marketing team, ensuring consistent execution and measurement of brand activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management or senior marketing roles within fashion or retail.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to turn consumer insights into compelling brand strategies.
• Leadership experience building and managing cross‑functional marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Data‑driven mindset for measuring campaign performance and optimizing spend.
