Branding and Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking a creative professional to lead branding and graphic design projects for a portfolio of international clients. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on developing visual identities and marketing assets that capture brand essence and engage audiences across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design unique logos, brand identities, colour palettes and comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Create social‑media visuals—including posts, stories and carousels—tailored to each platform.
• Produce digital advertising creatives for Meta, Google and other channels.
• Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, banners and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to align concepts with client objectives.
• Maintain consistency and high quality across all deliverables while meeting deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience in branding and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, brand systems and marketing assets.
• Excellent eye for typography, colour harmony and layout.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in industry‑standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Knowledge of social‑media formats and digital advertising specifications.
