Branding and Marketing Manager

About the role

Orabe Perfumes is looking for a Branding and Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive market presence and consumer engagement for its fragrance portfolio. Based in Multan, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to launch products and run integrated digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business goals and target customers.
• Plan and manage product launches, ensuring timely market entry.
• Design, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media and performance advertising platforms.
• Oversee content creation, approval, management and distribution.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, conversion trends and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, product and external partners to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct consumer, competitor and market research to inform positioning and campaign decisions.
• Prepare marketing plans, performance reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing brand and marketing strategies for consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of social media, performance advertising and content marketing.
• Experience coordinating product launches and managing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to create briefs, campaign plans, content calendars and performance reports.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret metrics, customer insights and ROI.
