Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 4–5 years of experience to lead end‑to‑end analysis activities. The role involves gathering requirements, producing high‑quality documentation, supporting project delivery, and acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture and analyse business requirements.
• Produce detailed BRS, SRS, and FSD documents, including wireframes, mockups, and UML diagrams.
• Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Development and QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and support UAT activities, review test scenarios, log issues, and manage UAT coordination.
• Assist project planning and reporting, preparing status reports, risk logs, and progress updates.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in an IT environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong client‑facing abilities and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work under tight timelines with ownership and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with JIRA or similar Agile backlog tools.
• Agile/Scrum methodology exposure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional for Gantt‑chart and timeline planning.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, basic databases, and system flows.
• Creation of wireframes, mockups, and UML diagrams.
• Figma prototyping (optional but advantageous).
