Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to understand business problems, gather clear requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understand business processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Convert requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the development cycle.
• Define acceptance criteria and clarify requirements as needed.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, demos, and UAT.
• Track requirement changes and ensure alignment across teams.
• Support the team in resolving functional questions and requirement-related blockers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software/technology environment.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and requirement‑gathering skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Technical mindset with willingness to understand software products.

Required skills

• Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Microsoft Clarity or similar tools.
• Familiarity with process‑mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus.
