About the role
EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analytics Executive Officer to collect, validate, and analyse health claims data. The role focuses on delivering accurate dashboards and reports that support strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, validate and analyse health claims data to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
- Develop and maintain claims dashboards, MIS and operational reports using Power BI, Tableau and Excel.
- Monitor KPIs such as claims turnaround time, volume, repudiation trends and productivity.
- Analyse utilisation, cost trends and provider performance to generate actionable insights.
- Conduct data reconciliation across multiple systems and continuously improve validation processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analytics or health‑claims data handling.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for cross‑departmental collaboration.
