Business Development Executive - B2B Campaign (Appointment Setter)

About the role

A company is looking for a B2B Appointment Setter to join its sales team. The main task is to generate qualified leads by contacting businesses in the USA and Canada and pitching Virtual Assistant (VA) services. The role plays a key part in the early stage of the sales cycle: finding decision-makers, getting past gatekeepers and booking Zoom meetings for the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Work on leads targeting prospective B2B clients in the US and Canada markets.
• Pitch the company's Virtual Assistant services to business owners.
• Schedule and confirm qualified Zoom meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure appointment conversion.
• Collaborate with the closing team for smooth lead handover.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify competitive advantages.

Required profile

• 3 years of experience in the BPO industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 80,000 to 150,000.
• Sign-up bonuses: PKR 25,000 on the second signup, 35,000 on the third and 50,000 on the fourth.
• PKR 10,000 for meeting monthly KPIs; incentives and commission on closed deals.
