Business Development Executive B2B (US Campaign)

About the role

ABS International, a direct US principal since 2006, is expanding its US-facing business development team. As a Business Development Executive you make outbound calls to US-based prospects, identify commercial opportunities, handle objections and close new business. Every client brought in stays in your portfolio and every deal closed adds to your commission.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects
• Identify commercial opportunities and handle objections
• Closing new business so that each client remains in your portfolio

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English, as you speak with US prospects every shift
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, BPO or any US-facing calling role is strongly preferred
• Commercially driven and self-directed, able to run your own pipeline
• Resilient, understanding that rejection is a numbers game
• Fully available Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, permanently on-site at Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi
