Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the role

TAIBA Creations is hiring an experienced, confident and results-driven Business Development Executive in Multan to manage international clients, develop sales opportunities and close deals for its digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Communicate professionally with international clients by chat, email and Zoom meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to negotiation and deal closing.
• Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up consistently with potential clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and keep accurate CRM records.
• Analyse market trends, identify opportunities and track sales performance to meet targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience.
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and achieving sales targets.
• Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with web design, WordPress, SEO or digital marketing services is a plus.
