Business Development Executive – Fresh Graduates

About the role

NSOL BPO is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its team in Rawalpindi. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in international client acquisition and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in international markets.
• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, social media and other prospecting platforms.
• Conduct outreach to prospects via email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Support and execute email‑marketing and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate prospect lists and record outreach activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and management to follow up with potential clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident, organized, self‑motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new tools and work in a fast‑paced onsite environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email communication and social media.
• Familiarity with Apollo, CRM systems or email‑marketing tools (a plus).
