Business Development Executive - Furniture

About the role

International Furniture Limited (IFL) provides complete furniture solutions for workspaces, educational institutions and restaurants across Pakistan, working with architects, designers and businesses to create functional, lasting spaces. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Lahore to grow its presence in the corporate, education and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Find new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
• Meet clients, deliver presentations and prepare proposals and quotations
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams so orders are delivered smoothly
• Research the market and track competitor activity
• Keep the sales pipeline up to date and help shape BD strategies and campaigns
• Follow up on inquiries, manage documentation and share regular sales reports and forecasts

Required profile

• Proven record in business development, sales and client relationship management, with a habit of hitting targets
• Hands-on experience in lead generation, sales presentations and negotiation
• B2B sales experience, ideally in furniture, interiors, construction or a related field (a plus)
• Willingness to travel across Lahore and nearby areas for client visits
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; relevant experience may substitute

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong networking skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a team-first attitude
