About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long‑term clients. The role demands strong presentation abilities, confident English communication, and a proactive sales mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow‑ups.
- Schedule and attend virtual or in‑person client meetings, including site visits.
- Deliver professional presentations and tailored pitches to prospects.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain long‑term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Track sales activities, update CRM records, and report performance to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7‑8 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven mindset.
