Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is confident, commercially minded and skilled at turning prospects into qualified opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, target markets and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and objectives.
• Present products or services, prepare proposals, quotations and other sales materials.
• Qualify leads, manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other internal teams to support growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Proven track record of generating new business and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment with reliable internet.
• Professional, proactive, strategic and results‑driven attitude.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn and digital sales tools for prospecting.
