Business Development Executive

About the role

Bianca Mineral Water is looking for a Business Development Executive to support growth in Islamabad and surrounding markets. The role suits a proactive professional who combines market research, relationship management and disciplined follow-through to expand the company's distribution and sales presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective business customers, retail partners and distribution opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts, understand customer needs and support retention.
• Research local markets, competitors and customer trends to find new opportunities for mineral water products.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and sales forecasts with colleagues.
• Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines and follow opportunities through to agreement.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, order fulfilment and customer concerns.
• Keep accurate records of leads, customer interactions, pipeline activity and results, and share regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Business development or B2B sales experience, including prospecting and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong customer relationship skills and confidence communicating with business owners, retail partners and distributors.
• Ability to identify market opportunities, assess competitors and turn research into practical sales plans.
• Clear negotiation, presentation, proposal-writing and commercial follow-up skills.
• Comfort with targets, sales forecasting, record keeping and reporting.
• Good planning and time-management skills, able to prioritize leads and manage multiple accounts.
• Professional written and verbal English and Urdu; familiarity with Islamabad's commercial market is an advantage.
