Business Development Executive – Remote, Commission‑Based

About the role

DevCore System is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand its client base for software and digital services. This 100% commission‑based position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while focusing on lead generation and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential international and local clients.
• Conduct cold calling, cold messaging, and email/LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate, track, and manage leads through a CRM system.
• Engage prospects, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the development team to translate client needs into project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up activities.
• Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client hunting and closing sales deals.
• Background in generating clients or projects for agencies, companies, or businesses.
• Hands‑on experience with cold calling and/or cold messaging.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
