Business Development Executive – Software Solutions

About the role

Creative Garage is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Islamabad, Pakistan, focused on its software solutions and services. The role covers generating qualified leads, building a sales pipeline, closing deals and retaining existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to find potential clients, assess industry trends and understand customer needs.
• Engage with prospective clients, give product and service presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Maintain client and opportunity records in CRM tools and monitor sales performance against targets.
• Share market insights, competitor analysis and customer feedback with management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development or lead generation through cold calling and client outreach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets, work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: candidates based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi; must be able to join immediately after serving their notice period.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management systems.
• Basic understanding of software solutions and sales processes.

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 60,000 to 100,000 depending on experience, plus commission.
• Working hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
