Business Development Executive – UK Food Delivery Campaign

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will be the front‑line representative for a leading UK food‑delivery platform, expanding its restaurant network across the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and signing up local restaurants and takeaways to join the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to restaurant owners and decision‑makers throughout the UK, presenting the platform’s value proposition.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact to signed partnership, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Handle objections confidently and tailor pitches to each restaurant’s specific situation.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly sign‑up goals.
• Collaborate closely with UK‑based management, participating in regular coaching and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation or B2B business development (food delivery, hospitality or SaaS experience a plus).
• Resilient, target‑driven mindset; treats “no” as the start of a conversation.
• Strong organisational habits, pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene.
• Available to work 3 pm–11 pm Pakistan time, Monday to Friday (aligned with UK business hours).
• Based in Karachi and able to work on‑site.
