Business Development Expert – Digital Marketing

About the role

Growth Sync is seeking a proactive Business Development Expert to join its Rawalpindi office. You will drive new client acquisition for the agency’s digital marketing services, working closely with the sales and delivery teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture new business opportunities through outreach, networking and follow‑up.
• Conduct needs assessments with prospects and present Growth Sync’s portfolio (SEO, social media, web design, content and email marketing).
• Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects accurately and monitor delivery.
• Track performance metrics, analyse market trends and competitor activity, and provide feedback for go‑to‑market improvements.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within digital marketing.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to build trust and manage expectations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
