About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Intern to gain practical sales experience. You will actively participate in lead generation, outreach, and learning the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with cold calls and cold emails to potential clients
- Research and reach out to prospects on LinkedIn
- Identify potential leads and target markets
- Track outreach activity and results
- Observe client calls and sales conversations
- Receive mentorship on sales strategy, negotiation, and communication
Required profile
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to pick up the phone and send the first email
- Self‑motivated and open to feedback
- No prior experience required; sales/marketing coursework is a plus
