About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in civil construction projects, including buildings, villas, infrastructure and other civil works.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new projects across various civil works sectors.
- Develop business opportunities with clients, consultants, contractors and developers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders and commercial presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects.
- Achieve business development targets and support company growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development for civil construction projects.
