Business Development Manager – Fiverr & Upwork

About the role

Unrealpays is seeking two motivated Business Development Managers to drive client acquisition on freelance platforms. The role is based onsite in Gulberg, Lahore, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. You will turn platform opportunities into long‑term international contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and bid on relevant projects on Fiverr and Upwork.
• Craft personalized, high‑converting proposals that address client needs.
• Maintain communication with prospects, manage follow‑ups, and nurture relationships.
• Convert qualified leads into successful projects and ongoing partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Build and sustain relationships with international clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bidding on Fiverr and Upwork.
• Minimum two years of relevant business development or sales experience.
• Strong written communication and proposal‑writing abilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Organized, proactive, and target‑driven mindset.
• Experience in digital services such as web development, design, or marketing is a plus.
