Business Development Manager (Herbal Products)

About the role

B Sena Unani Laboratories, a herbal medicine and wellness manufacturer based in Sukkur, is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its distribution network across Pakistan. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on expanding relationships with pharmacies, medical stores, specialty herbal retailers and wholesale distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmacies, medical stores, specialty herbal and health retailers, and wholesale distributors.
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing partners.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product positioning, pricing and customer feedback.
• Track performance against sales targets and key metrics using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Perform regular field visits, attend industry events and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, including lead generation, relationship and pipeline management.
• Strong market research and analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and comfort working with data.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, herbal medicine, FMCG or healthcare product distribution in Pakistan is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sukkur and travel within the region as needed.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and collaborate ethically with cross‑functional teams.
