Business Development Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead corporate sales and strategic partnerships for our hospitality operations in Islamabad. The role focuses on driving room revenue, expanding the corporate client base, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify, acquire and manage new corporate accounts, government contracts, travel agents and business partners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings and deliver presentations.
• Negotiate corporate agreements and commercial terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Reservations teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and revenue analysis.
• Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions and industry forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5‑7+ years of sales or business development experience in international hotel chains.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong corporate networking and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Islamabad and surrounding regions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with hotel sales systems or CRM platforms.
