About the role
PrimeXBT is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in local markets by building and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, key opinion leaders and other partners. The role focuses on driving user acquisition and trading volume growth for its multi‑asset trading platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage local IBs, affiliates, KOLs and traders to promote PrimeXBT.
- Maintain long‑term relationships with partners and marketing channels.
- Execute and monitor partner strategies, track performance and optimise ROI.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Communicate daily with internal teams and external partners to ensure targets are met.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years business development experience in the crypto or CFD industry.
- Proven track record of building partner portfolios.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Own reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Advanced spreadsheet handling and data analysis.
