Business Development Manager

About the role

Synergy Outsourcing is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to expand its client base across Australia. Working remotely from Pakistan, you will manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, for offshore staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target Australian businesses with outsourcing needs.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and other outbound channels.
• Engage owners, directors and senior decision‑makers to understand requirements.
• Present tailored offshore staffing solutions across operations, customer support, sales, finance and professional services.
• Conduct virtual sales meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and keep accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to design solutions and support client onboarding.
• Achieve targets for qualified opportunities, new client acquisition and revenue.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience with a track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong cold‑calling, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence engaging with Australian business owners and senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional communication with Australian clients.
• Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
