Business Development Manager – Medical Billing (5-8 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business for our medical billing and revenue cycle management services. Based on‑site in Lahore, you will focus on acquiring healthcare providers in the United States and expanding our client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities with clinics, specialty practices and hospitals.
• Conduct prospecting, discovery calls and solution‑focused presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with physicians, practice managers and senior executives.
• Collaborate with internal billing, operations and implementation teams to tailor RCM solutions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and market analysis.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to refine go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of proven business development or sales experience in medical billing or RCM services.
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle, including coding, claims submission and denials management.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities with healthcare decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field; certifications in medical billing/RCM are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and thrive in a performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management.
• Experience in sales reporting and forecasting.
