Business Development Officer (BDO)

About the role

A proactive, target-driven Business Development Officer is sought for a full-time position in Faisal Town, Lahore, working onsite. The role suits fresh graduates and offers a learning-focused environment with strong career growth opportunities. Working hours are 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (US shift).

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients by call, email and other outreach channels.
• Research the US market to source and qualify leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office tools.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Outbound sales or business development experience preferred; 0-2 years of experience, fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of the US market and experience in procurement campaigns for US federal clients are advantages.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Outbound sales and lead qualification
