Business Development Officer – Personal Loan Sales

About the role
The Business Development Officer will drive personal loan sales for the Retail Banking Group. Working primarily through outbound channels, you will be responsible for meeting monthly KPIs and delivering end‑to‑end customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly KPIs and sales targets through focused telesales activities.
- Maintain service standards, monitor performance and evaluate results to maximise productivity.
- Manage relationships within an assigned portfolio, coordinating outbound outreach and loan fulfillment.
- Generate revenue by promoting personal banking loan products to target segments.
- Ensure quality growth in earnings by penetrating optimal risk‑adjusted market segments.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of personal loan products and risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.
