About the role

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development & Partnerships Associate to join Xpanair full‑time. The role involves initiating conversations, building relationships, and converting opportunities into tangible results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct extensive outreach to identify and connect with potential customers, partners, and business opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads and partnerships from initial contact through conversion.
• Maintain organized records, track outreach, and ensure follow‑up so opportunities do not fall through the cracks.
• Identify new opportunities, devise approaches, and take ownership of moving them forward.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team, adapting responsibilities as the business grows.
